Beth was born and raised in Minnesota. She graduated from John Marshall High School in Rochester, MN. Later, she attended Rochester Community and Technical College and St. Cloud University where she pursued a degree in Communication.

While in College, Beth worked for TGI Friday’s as a waitress/bartender. Her dedicated hard work and personable attitude helped her quickly obtain a position working for the Corporate Office as a “New Store Opener” expanding TGI Friday’s business growth. This is where Beth really flourished, putting her organization skills and leadership talents to great use! She traveled across the United States, as well as internationally to places such as Portugal, to open TGI Friday’s restaurants. As team leader, she oversaw training the new team and management of the restaurant. This required Beth to be away for months at a time and included eighty hour work weeks! Beth’s commitment and dedication helped TGI Friday’s expand into new geographic areas boosting their business. Eventually Beth moved to St Paul where she continued working for TGI Friday’s developing new training tools for the company. Beth was invaluable in designing, writing and implementing the necessary training programs for new employees to create a successful TGI Friday’s restaurant.

Recognizing Beth’s adeptness with people and her hard-working attitude, her father, Tim Schomburg, offered her a position at RE/MAX to learn the Real Estate business. She jumped at the opportunity and moved back to Rochester throwing herself into learning the ins and outs of Real Estate Rochester MN. She had found her passion! Eventually, Beth branched out as her own agent at RE/MAX, ultimately earning a spot as a Top 25 RE/MAX agent in both South Eastern MN and the state of MN in 2009 and 2010. Since 2001, Beth has helped hundreds of clients buy and sell their homes. It is this experience in the industry that makes her one of the best agents in Rochester.

During this time, Beth met her future husband, Jason, whom she married in 2003. In 2005, their family grew with the addition of a beautiful daughter, Ava, who was joined by a wonderful sister, Laurel, in 2007. They built a stunning new home to fit their family of four, which inspired Beth to gain experience in the new construction industry adding another level of knowledge to her Real Estate expertise.

The customer service skills Beth acquired in the restaurant industry seamlessly transferred to her real Estate business and are a benefit to all her clients. She is great a listener which is invaluable in understanding the needs and wants of her clients. Beth is extremely dedicated to her clients and will go above and beyond to make sure that they have the best home buying and selling experience possible. If you are not happy, she is not happy!

Lauren was born in England, but at age two she moved to Paris, France where she lived for the next nine years. After returning to England for five years, Lauren moved to California with her family when she was fifteen years old and has remained in the U.S. ever since.

With this international upbringing, Lauren developed a passion for other cultures and languages. This led her to Indiana University where she completed a B.A. in Art History and French Literature. After working as an Executive Assistant in Biotech Company in San Diego for a year, she decided to continue her studies at Cornell University, obtaining an M.A. and Ph.D. in French Philosophy and Film Studies. Throughout this time, Lauren worked as a teacher in NY, Paris and Washington, DC cultivating her skills in communication and establishing connections with her students. However, she felt unsatisfied in the academic profession and yearned for a more varied interaction with people in the world.

Moving to Rochester with her husband, who was beginning a residency at Mayo Clinic, provided the opportunity Lauren had been seeking. During their search for a home in Rochester, MN it became evident that she had an eye for great properties and thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the house-hunting and moving process. Paired with her people skills and a suggestion that she might enjoy and be successful as a Real Estate Agent, Lauren embarked on a new journey and career in Realty. Under the tutelage and guidance of Beth Nordaune, Lauren has begun the training process and will be licensed by December 2010. With Beth as a mentor, Lauren will have the advantage of learning from one of the top and most respected realtors in Rochester, MN.

Lauren’s diverse background has created a unique talent for understanding people and meeting their needs. Her experience as a newcomer to Rochester gives her intimate knowledge of the challenges facing couples who relocate to the area, while her global life experience and training in art give her a unique inspiration to find just the right home for anyone, whether they are new to the city, or have lived here all their lives. She is bilingual in French and English and would welcome international clients needing a worldwide understanding of the moving process.

Carrie Klassen, Realtor, GRI, ABR, has been providing a seamless, comfortable, and fun Real Estate experience to her clients since 2004. Her results have come from old fashioned hard work, experience, knowledge, and generosity of spirit. A Minnesota native, Carrie grew up in Grand Rapids and has lived in Plainview, MN since 1992. She attended RCTC and Winona State. She spent several years in Education, teaching pre-school and running a daycare.

Carrie is passionate about her work and strives to provide unparalleled representation to her clients. She is committed to helping her clients make educated decisions within a timeframe that is right for them. With clear and concise communication, Carrie is always available to address questions, and responds promptly and honestly. With a vast wealth of knowledge of the greater Rochester area market, Carrie enables smooth transactions. Carrie knows Rochester, MN well. Currently she resides in Plainview, MN and has two sons. She has been an active member in the community coaching gymnastics and tumbling to cheerleaders. She enjoys golfing, photography and salmon fishing.

Kate was born and raised in Mora, Minnesota. From a very young age, Kate has had interest in Real Estate and home design. She would spend hours as a child looking at floor plans and imagining how she would change the plans to one day create her dream home. She also spent many hours looking at Home Design magazines, a hobby that still persists today.

Kate holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Northwestern College with a minor in Broadcasting. After college, Kate worked as an Audio Engineer for a Communications company in Eden Prairie where she coordinated, directed voice talents and engineered Audio Productions. However, she decided to continue her studies and pursue her interests in Psychology by completing a 100hr training course in coaching at the Coaches Training Institute. After working as a Life Coach following this training, she decided to further pursue her education and enrolled in a Master’s program at the Adler Graduate School in Adlerian Counseling and Psychotherapy. While still enrolled in her Master’s program, Kate recently moved to Rochester, MN and decided to build a new home.

In September of 2011, her beautiful home was finished after enjoying many hours of design choices. Through her home building experience, she met Beth Nordaune and began working at the Nordaune Team as Client Support and Media Coordinator. With a background in Psychology Kate is very well equipped in customer service and has a great capacity for helping clients. Her Media and Communications experience brings a dimension to the Nordaune Team that allows expert web content knowledge, video production understanding and a variety of other Media talents benefiting clients in the home selling process. And with excellent communication skills, Kate is here to support clients through all their home buying and selling needs! She provides concierge services to clients and walks them seamlessly through the transaction process. With added insight into building a new home, and as a newcomer to the Rochester area, Kate offers a wealth of knowledge including advice to those relocating.

Kate is a Star Wars enthusiast, loves theater and enjoys walking her daschund Donald through her new neighborhood. Her favorite show is America’s Test Kitchen!
