Beth and her team were very responsive to all of our questions and needs as first time home sellers. Every time we had a question, no matter how small, we got a prompt and thorough response. Providing a stager helped me feel very confident that the house was ready for sale and would sell quickly. Negotiations went quickly and smoothly because of Beth and her were very responsive in the offer/counter offer process. If we ever come back to Rochester we will definitely use Beth again and would gladly recommend her to other sellers.
