I have already been to this store twice in the last week.  I do like to bake and I had driven by it a few times and wondered what it was.  One day I was in the area and thankfully decided to stop in.  Amazing!  If you like to bake this place has everything you could ever need.  If you have had recipes that call for an extract or ingredient and you can't find it anywhere in Rochester; now you can. 

If you wish you could bake but don't have the time (my current situation with two little ones) this is a magical place where you can get every kind of cookie dough, pie crusts, sheet cakes, bread sticks, cookie cutouts to decorate and frost yourself, pasta, and pizza crusts.  All you need to do is bake it.

On top of that I was impressed they have local items from MN, WI, and IA like Bloody Mary Mix, cheese, meat, bacon, jellies, gluten free products and more. 

I have already fallen in love with the sugar free chocolate chip cookies.  Sugar free and they taste good?  Peanut butter and jelly strudels were a hit with the husband, and the bread sticks filled with the cheese are a crowd pleaser.  If you haven't found this little slice of heaven that makes me excited to see more diversity in what we can buy locally I suggest you stop in!
