My oldest daughter turned 5 this week and asked if she could have a special lunch with her mommy.  I asked her where she would like to go for an extra special lunch and she declared her usual response, "Applebees!"  

My girls get so excited every time we drive by and when they see the sign they yell out, "Applebees!"  For Father's Day they wanted to take their dad somewhere special.  Where did we go?  Applebees.

They have chicken fingers like everywhere else they go.  Is it the apples?  Is it that they write the kids' names on their cups?  Today Ava was excited about all of the apples on the wall on the bathroom but also wanted to know where the bees were?

What I do know as a mother is that whatever it is about Applebees I do always appreciate their service and that the fact it makes my girls day.
