"I just wanted to shoot you a quick email about Mark Wodrich, the home inspector that inspected our town home back in April.

A few weeks ago, my roof was leaking and, remembering that Mark had told me I could call him with any questions, I contacted him to see if he could come look at the crawl space underneath my roof to check for dampness, mold, and wet insulation (the HOA sent a guy to fix my roof). Mark came after hours on my request (showed up at 5:30 pm) and inspected the crawl space at no charge (luckily, there was no damage, mold, wetness, etc.).
